The Local Finance Professionals Group do not charge our customers to utilise our professional services. We are paid a commission for introducing customers to lenders, completing the paperwork and submitting the application. The commission rate received by The Local Finance Professionals Group will vary depending on the lender and the type of loan. Most lenders will disclose the commission amount to paid in the loan documents. The lenders pay the commission directly to our wholesale aggregator, Australian Finance Group (AFG), upon settlement of the loan. The Local Finance Professionals Group receives a percentage of the commission from AFG.
